This book had so much to say to me on ways I can work on myself so that I can have a better marriage and better relationships with kids, friends, co-workers! I chose 4 bc/ it's a wonderful book, but sometimes it didn't feel so solid. Only when all ties are cut and you're free on all levels including spiritually, only then will you finally break the chains, move on and start to heal. This 'connection', the hooks of what kept me there has to be addressed. Debbie Ford does an outstanding job in this book and it's made a HUGE impact in my life. While we break the physical connection in the process of the divorce action, the higher spiritual connection often has a greater hold for you.
