The Rock Band 4 Stratocaster does not have any wired variants; it is only available for the XB1 and PS4. Stratocaster I know that official drivers for the guitar exists because it's usable on Rock Band VR, but I've no idea if that requires the Oculus storefront or RBVR to be downloaded/installed.
I know people have been using the PS4 RB4 guitar just fine (minus whammy because it doesn't get picked up). That all being said, for the moment microphone support is not being planned. System Xbone guitar works on pc with external programs. The external component and the guitar seem to be working fine, but clone hero is not recognizing my guitar.
