Being able to hold 25k+ weight to do 8 10mil barters and a few sea coin trades in one go is about the only situation where it would make a difference but that doesn't pop up often and you can get almost 18k weight on a Volante pretty easily which is enough weight to do pretty much everything that a Balance/Advance can.
