I don't know of anyone who makes a dedicated lower for M&P mags, just conversion kits like Stern. Colt’s 9mm upper conversion set gives you everything you need to build the perfect AR-15. Has anyone done any research into the effect the M4 feed ramps have on reliable chambering of 9mm rounds?
