Their customer support directed me to their Delivery Solutions who said they would investigate and if we did not hear a replacement would automatically be ordered on 3rd Nov. We have heard nothing and now the date for the re-order is being pushed back. They’d basically robbed a part from a different chair which wasn’t even the same colour.
It was the bathroom cabinet we found upon opening it. I could take it further I think as they entered into a contract with me as soon as they debited the money from my account. Very pleased. I had ordered a £140 desk from Wayfair which was delayed by 3 weeks when ordered, the order arrived today missing 2 further parcels with only 1 parcel arriving. Advised to check the tracking number for further info...the tracking number doesn't exist as DHL have never been in recipt of my package.The 2nd delivery date for the bed arrived only to check and find its been changed again and now its due 10th November which leaves only 5 days before I need it (a gift for my son's birthday) and I have absolutely no faith that it will arrive then either.The company totally fabricates delivery dates to sell products, the bed I am still waiting for (that was due 5 days ago) is still being advertised as available for delivery in 3 days which is clearly not true.Customer service offer no real support or help and just continuously say 'check the online tracker' and repeatedly blame DHL.My advice to anyone thinking about buying from them is AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Delivery day for the bed came, I checked online and they had changed the date to 2 days later, not a problem as I ordered in plenty of time for when I needed it. I contacted Wayfair and Sureshi wasn't empathetic or willing to help advising that the other two parcels are on the way and they can only offer to send out new parts and 'rectify issues as soon as possible' which given the desk was delayed and shipped from Poland could mean another 3-4 week wait. Looked exactly like the picture and is very comfrerbale! I was disappointed but was told that as I was unhappy with this outcome, that I could return it for free when it arrived. My lab chewed the ends of the sleepeezee logo on the mattress cover and this is not covered by the guarantee. We have ordered a dining table in the 26th October. Ordered a nursery furniture set in the sale, received an email a few days later to say the delivery company had collected the items but managed to leave one part behind so when it arrives get back in touch and they'll send the missing part.... Delay number 1.Then delivery date came and went no other contact went on to track my delivery with them diverted me to arrow delivery company whose website stated it had been cancelled chased wayfair who apologised for this and I only re ordered on the basis of it arriving no later than the 5th November due to already having the first issue... Reordered then went onto check delivery update to see the second one had also been cancelled with no contact made by wayfair or the couriers to ourselves.... Not much sympathy from wayfair just got offered my refund no compensation whatsoever for now having to face ordering/finding another lot of nursery furniture in a second lockdown no option for them to make a faster refund to us either.
