So it takes quite a bit of cranking (about 15-20 cranks) for the mechanical fuel pump to pull fuel all the way from the tank and fill the bowl. #6 plug cant be seen from this angle in the photo. sounds simple. b) If fuel flows freely from the sight plug hole then the fuel level is too high. There are 4 different fuel filters also. Continue the proper procedures until the fuel level is at the bottom of the sight hole. They are found on the bottom of the carb body between the carb body and the throttle plate. It's been sitting unused for a couple of years.
Hard to say exactly where these other two lead to but they lead possibly to the area where the pump discharge ball is, or the float needle. The secondary fuel bowl fills up just fine. Don’t forget JB takes a minimum of 24 hours to fully cure, I would give it at least 48 just to be on the safe side, especially during the winter months. More about the photo: you can see that someone else has previously tried to seal the secondary plus with some kind of yellow sealant. In my opinion, removing the plugs and tapping the holes is overkill.
The amount will vary by carburetor and engine, but 70 ml should be enough for most carbs.
